ELC Endowment Fund 2022 Appeal Statement of Intent • Emmanuel Lutheran Church

In gratitude to God and in thankfulness for the ministry of this congregation, I/we intend to contribute the following gifts--personal, business and economic conditions permitting--in support of the 2022 Endowment Fund Appeal:

Lifetime gifts are payable in either a lump sum or installments for the period ending June 30, 2024.

A Legacy Gift

Legacy gifts are instances when a donor includes Emmanuel in their estate plan or designates Emmanuel as a beneficiary of a financial asset (life insurance policy, IRA, pension, retirement fund, etc.). They may be designated for the Endowment Fund, General Fund, or a specific ministry. They may be unrestricted or restricted. Legacy gifts are called expectancies until they are realized after the donor's death.
